Series Thoughts
The Milwaukee Brewers dominated the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS, sweeping them in four games. Words cannot fully capture the excitement and euphoria that has accompanied this remarkable achievement. The Los Angeles Dodgers did not roll over. Perhaps one of the most accomplished, dominant teams in baseball history, they were infact the the two-time defending World Series champions. Despite their star-studded roster and rotation, the Brewers managed to outplay them where it mattered. The story of this series is one that started with the 2025 NLCS a series that the Dodgers dominated en route to thier second consecutive World Series title. The Brewers came back one year later and did the very same thing to thier foe. It has been no secret that the Dodgers have been the boogie man for the Brewers. In 2018 they devasted the Brewers, one game from the world series. In 2020 again, and finally in 2025. This series vindicates Brewers and Major Leauge Baseball fans. The Dodgers have absolutely deserved thier success, but the Brewers story is one that is equally as deserving. The story of the little guy, from where is often miscategorized and overlooked the incredible state of Wisconsin. Small markets struggle in baseball. I thought I would die before seeing the Brewers play in the World Series. I cannot believe it. Please let us all enjoy this run and lets finish this thing strong. Let's go Brewers!
